Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. For deliveries within Lithuania and the EU, we use Lietuvos pastas, LP Express, or other reliable courier services. For deliveries outside the EU, international couriers such as DHL or DPD may be used. Shipping cost depends on the size of the artwork and the delivery address, and is shown before payment at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
If you are a private individual (consumer), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the distance selling rules of the Republic of Lithuania.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged in transit.
Each artwork sold on Simfin.art is an original, one-of-a-kind piece, so please review the photos and description carefully before purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
