1. About Us
Simfin.art (SIMONA FINKELSTEIN ART) is an online gallery selling original, hand-made paintings and mixed-media artworks, operated by Simona Finkelstein, who carries out an individual activity in the Republic of Lithuania under Individual Activity Certificate No. 1426168 (issued 2025-05-21 by the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, activity code 901200 – Creation of visual art). 2. Products
Each artwork offered on Simfin.art is a unique, original piece created by the artist and shipped together with a certificate of authenticity. Product photos aim to represent each artwork as accurately as possible; minor color variations may occur due to individual screen settings.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed and paid in full at the time of purchase through our online store, using the WooCommerce platform. Payments are processed securely through Paysera.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR. Simona Finkelstein is not registered as a VAT payer, so prices shown do not include VAT.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. For deliveries within Lithuania and the EU, we use Lietuvos pastas, LP Express, or other reliable courier services. For deliveries outside the EU, international couriers such as DHL or DPD may be used. Shipping cost depends on the size of the artwork and the delivery address, and is shown before payment at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a private individual (consumer), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the distance selling rules of the Republic of Lithuania. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged in transit. 7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will first be resolved through direct negotiation; if this is not possible, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
